Toray Textiles (Thailand) Public Company Limited (TTT) was established in July 1, 2019, as a result of the amalgamation between Thai Toray Textile Mills Public Company Limited (TTTM), established and operated textile business in March 1963 as Toray's first oversea company, and Luckytex (Thailand) Public Company Limited (LTX), which was first established and operated textile business by Hong Kong entrepreneur and Chinese merchant in March 1960. Later in 1972, Toray Industries, Inc. (Japan) acquired almost half of shares of LTX. At the present, the company has registered capital of Baht 578,400,000

The company operates the fully integrated textile business, from the natural materials meticulous selection which are cotton, polyester, nylon and rayon, to produce fabrics such as cotton 100 percent, cotton blended with polyester, polyester 100 percent and polyester blended with rayon from the spinning, weaving and knitting process as well as dyeing and finishing. The company has many quality and valuable products such as superior cotton fabrics for shirts, woven fabrics for uniforms, knitted fabrics for sportswear, polyester lining fabrics, twill, satin, nylon fabrics for jackets, including denim yarn for export. In addition, the company operates business in the line of industrial material products such as fabrics for airbag which made from nylon and cord for rubber material reinforcement.

The company places an importance on standard and quality control, technology development for the efficient production including with environmentally friendly for variety of products responsive to the market needs as well as customer services and punctual delivery. The Company also distributes products to the garment industry both direct and indirect for domestic and international markets in many regions as USA, Canada, Europe, The Middle East, Africa and throughout Asia.
