  • Features

    Metalion VMCPP type 2400 is an Al metallized cast polypropylene film, a metallized sealant film, generally used for packaging of snack foods, instant noodles etc.

  • Lamination

    Applicable for a dry lamination and an extrusion lamination. In case of an extrusion lamination, use a low melting temperature resin like EAA etc. and confirm the applicability before commercial use.

  • Heat Sealing

    Laminate of type 2400 and PET film or OPP film can be heat-sealed between CPP side and CPP side.

  • Features

    Metalion VMCPP type 2402 is an Al metallized cast polypropylene film, a metallized sealant film, produced by special technology to makes its bonding/adhesion between a metallized layer and a CPP base film higher than a standard film's, and has the following features.


    Making a laminate strength of the laminate made using the type 2402 higher than that using a standard MCPP film. Achievable a high laminate strength using either an ether type or an ester type adhesive, while the adhesion made by an ether type adhesive may be reduced according as time passes.Higher barrier properties to oxygen and moisture than a standard MCPP film.

Typical properties of Metalion VMPET type 4100

  • Features

    Metalion VMPET type 4100 is an Al metallized polyester film and has excellent barrier properties against gas and water vapor, and applicable for printing (gravure), dry lamination and extrusion lamination In case for uses where the water resistance is required, make careful tests before use to determine the suitability and applicability, since the Al metallized layer may be deteriorated by the water making disapperance of the layer, decrease of the laminate strength etc.

  • Features

    Metalion VMPET type 4102 is an Al metallized polyester film with the higher barrier properties against gas and water vapor and the higher bonding/adhesion between a metallized layer and a base PET film than those of a standard VMPET film. In case for uses where the water resistance is required, make careful tests before use to determine the suitability and applicability, since the Al metallized layer may be deteriorated by the water making disapperance of the layer, decrease of the laminate strength etc.
